in the pop-up window you need to browse your picture (not too big), choose the position and the size. 72dpi for internet and the size is up to you. if you choose in Photoshop for instance 15cm it looks like my family picture above. try some different sizes. compress it with 6, that is enough for the internet. than upload it. voila!
